I'm really only comfortable when the temperature outside is between 10C(50F) and 15C(59F). Basically I just buy a little 40$ disposable AC unit anytime it looks like we're headed for higher than 35C(95F). It may only last about a week but so does the temperature. The key is to buy it before the heat actually hits, since the first day the heat is actually here the store gets sold out mighty fast.
