Ryan convinced me to use my headset and Skype account for evil last night, and end result is an hour-plus audio thang that some might call a podcast. Cruise over to his site and check it out.
I’m also happy that one of the other photos from this E3 hotel room photo session has gotten “out there.” Seeing this picture of me, looking deliberately helpless, on all sorts of “newsy” type sites was super hilarious.

I can totally see ex-GS members creating their own game show from one of their houses. I would like to see a large TV on a empty desk with Rich on it hosting a game show from his east coast house. Jeff can sit on a ghetto broken couch and Ryan stand behind a kitchen counter. Then Alex can run from the couch to the kitchen counter every time you want to change to a different game. The more ghetto the better.

Great podcast, thoroughly enjoyed it, but it’s puzzling for me, what software did you use to record your Skype conversation? I NEED that as I need to record an interview with a mate of mine from London via Skype and I didn’t find anything good yet. Maybe you could mention this in your next Points!
BTW: God of War for the PSP was reviewed by IGN and it appears to be a system seller. Think you could share a few words on that, maybe rent the bastard for a weekend when it comes out?
PS: For some sinister reason, I can’t get Steam to work on my computer, therefore no Audiosurf. I gotta figure out what’s conflicting with it, maybe a firewall setting.
Man when it come to the whole sleeping pattern thing you guys dont know how “bad” it got for me. Over summer break i would go to sleep at 6 or 7 in the morning and wake up at 3 or 4 daily. one time i woke up at like 5:48. I didnt mind it but my parents werent to happy about it. The thing is itll probably happen again this summer.

Completely mindblowing podcast. I put this on going to bed thinking I´d be falling asleep about 30-40 minutes in or so. No such luck. It ended up being so completely hilarious throughout that I constantly woke myself up from the “almost sleeping” state with hysterical laughter causing me to bounce or jiggle around in my bed. This eventually leading to it getting very warm in there and soon enough I was wide awake lust lying there listening until it finally stopped so I could get some sleep.
Completely awesome podcast. I will not make the mistake of trying to fall asleep to it again. Its way to hysterically rambly for that. Its so random you really wanna know what the hell you´re going to say next. Theres no way you can stop listening.
I will say tho, I found the Peter Molyneux bashing to be just WRONG. I have so much respect for that man and I think that the Molyneux flaming isnt at ALL funny anymore. I completely admire his passion for the craft and I learned years and years ago that it is his passion talking and not reason. And thats why he is one of the most interesting people you can listen to. On a Molyneux sidenote I also strongly believe that Fable 2 will be everything he wants it to be.
And Ryan Davis, the DAMN DOG seems completely awesome from What I´ve seen of it and I do not doubt we will see it in the full game.
We owe so much to Peter Molyneux I feel sad inside when I hear people talking about him like Ryan did in this podcast.
I suggest you make an offical apology in the next podcast.

Podcast RSS subscribed +1! As an avid podcast listener, for a first show this was well done. Once the audio quality issue is sorted out, it will probably be among the best. However I’d still also like to see an audio podcast version of the Points videocast, so I can catch that regularly as well (like most folks I imagine, I do not have enough spare time in my day to sit in front of a computer and watch a 1+ hour videocast, unfortunately). I was just curious what your opinion on Adventure games are. When I say Adventure games I mean games like The Longest Journey, Grim Fandango, and the Monkey Island series. I am a huge fan of them, but I am really dissapointed that there havent been many good ones over the past few years. Do you think that Adventure games will have a comeback anytime soon? Also are there any recent ones that you thought were great that you could reccomend?

hi jeff, i have a question. Do you think there is any chance of songs from classic musicals appearing as dlc for rockband or guitar hero? Im thinking Rocky horror, Jesus Christ superstar.
